About

En Mohd Fauzi Nordin is a seasoned Human Resources and Industrial Relations professional with over 30 years of experience at both strategic and operational levels. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Diploma in Personnel Management, and Diploma in Public Administration.

He began his career with the Ministry of Home Affairs, followed by service with the Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA). He later accumulated extensive operational exposure within a large corporate organisation before advancing into senior leadership roles in Human Resources Management. He currently leads his own training and consultancy firm, providing strategic HR solutions to organisations across various industries.

Throughout his career, En Mohd Fauzi has delivered corporate training programmes in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Supervisory and Leadership Skills, Motivation, Salary Administration, Team Building, and Customer Service. He is a Certified Trainer under the Mesra Malaysia programme by the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Tourism, and a recognised Training Consultant for the Negeri Sembilan Skills Development Centre (NSSDC).

He has personally managed more than 1,000 disciplinary cases, including complex termination and dismissal matters, and possesses deep expertise in collective bargaining and negotiations with both in-house and national trade unions.
