Coach Adam is a strategic management consultant and professional trainer with more than 20 years of experience combining industry exposure, strategic thinking, and digital innovation. His core speciality lies in strategic management, leadership development, and AI-driven business productivity, helping organisations translate strategic ideas into practical execution and measurable business results.
Coach Adam holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. During his academic journey, he received the Lifelong Learning Best Student Award from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), reflecting his strong commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.
His early professional exposure in the construction and infrastructure sector provided valuable insights into contractor operations, project planning, cost estimation, and infrastructure development. He has also participated in industry programmes and seminars organised by CIDB Malaysia and the Malaysian Highway Authority, strengthening his understanding of construction markets, infrastructure systems, and industry practices.
Today, Coach Adam serves as a Certified Trainer under HRD Corp and JPK, as well as a Certified Generative AI Associate and NLP Trainer, focusing on strategic management, leadership capability, and AI-driven organisational productivity.
