Andy Bachtiar Ibrahim is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and experienced professional in the areas of digital productivity, artificial intelligence applications, and organizational capability development. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and a Bachelor of Science (Resource Economics) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

Currently serving as Manager and Trainer at UUM Leads Sdn Bhd, Andy is actively involved in designing and delivering professional development programs for government agencies, corporate organizations, and higher education institutions. His areas of expertise include Generative AI, ChatGPT applications for productivity, Microsoft 365 tools, digital transformation, learning technologies, and workplace digital skills enhancement.

Prior to joining UUM Leads, Andy served in senior administrative and project management roles in higher education institutions, including Registrar at Alpha College of Technology and Project Manager at Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur, where he gained extensive experience in academic operations, digital learning systems, and institutional management.

With a strong blend of academic knowledge, practical industry exposure, and engaging training delivery, Andy focuses on helping professionals translate emerging technologies and modern workplace tools into practical solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and organizational performance.
