My name is Abu Bakar Yahya, a Certified Trainer and professional therapist with a multidisciplinary background in engineering and holistic wellness. I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and currently pursuing a PhD in Science and Technology, focusing on biomechanics. In addition, I possess the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) and currently undertaking the Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) in massage therapy, therapeutic practices and care.

My training approach integrates both theoretical and practical elements to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development. In the field of engineering, I specialize in delivering training on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for beginner and intermediate levels, focusing on industry-relevant platforms such as Omron and Siemens. I also provide training in machine learning and Python programming, equipping participants with essential skills in data-driven technologies.

In the field of therapy and wellness, I focus on therapeutic massage, nutritional care and emotional management. My approach emphasizes a holistic understanding of the body, aiming to support overall well-being through the integration of physical, dietary and emotional aspects.
